About the TLC

The Lower Polk Tenant Landlord Clinic (TLC) is a unique interdisciplinary program designed to keep residential tenants and small businesses stably sited. If you live in the Lower Polk or surrounding areas, or operate a small business in the Lower Polk or surrounding areas, and are experiencing problems with your lease, you are urged to contact the TLC now at info@lptlc.org.

Please donate to the Tenant Landlord Clinic. COVID-19 evictions will become a very real issue once the eviction moratorium is lifted. We are therefore working hard to keep residential and commercial tenants sited now, and in the future.

Every donation is securely processed with bank-level encryption, is tax-deductible, and helps us continue to provide free eviction prevention services to local residents and small merchants. You will get an email receipt for your tax records.
